Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday- Friday (excluding holidays). Any orders placed during the weekend or after 4pm EST will be processed on the following business day after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders within 5 days of being placed, but please allow up to two weeks from the date of your order until shipping details are emailed to you.

Orders are typically shipped out the same week that they are placed, but potential delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct shipping information. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect shipping details that you provide.

**please note that processing times are separate from the shipping time provided at checkout. 

Local Pick Up

For select campuses we offer a local pick up option during the school year. Customers interested in picking up their online order are required to provide their phone number at checkout. 

Free local pick up is available on orders where items are stocked on select campuses. Orders and products eligible for on campus pick up will be shown at checkout. 

Orders placed for pick up will be processed within two days from the date of purchase. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pick up and a text message with pick up instructions. Please note that we are not liable for any orders placed and not picked up. You will be put in contact with a campus representative via text message to coordinate your pick up details.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you did not provide an email address on your order, you will not receive tracking information.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@shoprecessapparel.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unworn and in its original condition. Returns up to 14 days after delivery are eligible for full refunds, and returns 15-30 days after delivery will be eligible for exchanges or store credit only. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Refunds are processed when your return is received.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@shoprecessapparel.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis.
